Melting Section: Our melting section is equipped with state-of-the-art Induction Furnaces (500 kg & 750 kg capacity) using plasma technology, ensuring clean, consistent melts with precise temperature control.
Molding Section: We utilize an automated ARPA Track Molding Line (SSEC make) capable of producing 35–45 molds per hour, ensuring high productivity and consistent mold quality.
Core Making: Our core-making facility includes Cold Box Core Shooters (5 units) for producing complex, dimensionally stable cores.
