We maintain total traceability from raw material receipt to final dispatch. Each casting is tagged with a unique batch identification number, linking it to its process parameters and test results.

Raw Material Inspection – visual and chemical checks before melting

In-Process Inspection – molding, pouring, and core accuracy verification

Post-Casting Inspection – dimensional, visual, and surface finish checks
